TOUR OVERVIEW (SUMMARY)

From Greenock we first experience scenic Duck Bay at Loch Lomond before arriving in the City of Stirling, where the mighty castle predominates the landscape. Become part of 16th century castle life through the living history demonstrations, tours and exhibitions. Stirling Castle continues to live and breathe and offers a fantastic family adventure through the annals of time.

We then make our way to Glasgow where the city tour covers more than thirty points of interest. Our tour begins at Glasgow Cathedral and traveling through the Merchant City to Glasgow Cross, we move into the old medieval part of town and Glasgow Green. Here we visit the People’s Palace and see the Victoria Fountain, the world’s largest terracotta fountain. Traveling along the banks of the River Clyde, the modern architecture of the Science Centre and Riverside Museum comes into view. Continuing through the “West End” we see Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, and Glasgow University.
