The Sheikha and her family enjoy various countryside attractions in Scotland

GO-GO BUS TOURS were delighted to undertake day excursions on three occassions this summer on behalf of Sheikha Latifa Al Maktoum of the Dubai royal dynasty. The Sheikha and her family, escorted by qualified tourist guide George Martin, spent their time walking, shopping, and enjoying the various countryside attractions of Scotland. Listed below is some of the itinerary which was included during their visit. Day 1: Departed Glasgow and proceeded to the City of Perth, visiting the Scottish Game Fair adjacent to Perth Racecourse. A visit to Scone Place, crowning place of Scottish Kings, was included. Lunch was taken in Perth, returning through the heart of Scotland via Crieff, Callander and The Lake of Mentieth in the Trossachs. Day 2: Visited the village of Luss on beautiful Loch Lomond side, taking a sail on the Loch around the islands. Crossed over the pass of the "Rest and be Thankfull" and arrived in the town of Inveraray on the banks of Loch Fyne. Lunch was taken in the "Loch Fyne Oyster Bar and Restaurant". Returned to Glasgow via the Clyde coastal town of Dunoon and taking the crossing to Gourock by way of the "Western Ferries" service. Day 3: Morning visit to Blair Drummond Safari Park near Stirling, and taking lunch there. Afternoon visit to "M D`s Scotland`s Premier Theme Park". Returned to Glasgow, late afternoon.
